Angry No liquids on airplanes!!!

What the #*#!!, I brought a 5 liter keg of German beer back in 2004, null-problemo, and every flight before, now I can only take 100ml of liquid. "IN A ZIP LOCK BAG!"

What the heck is that all about? What the heck am I going to do with 100ml of German beer for 16 hours, in a zip-lock baggy? Much less the shampoo I'll have to mix with it, because it's 100ml for your entire luggage!!!!!!!!!!!

This is getting stupid.............that is being kind, much more 'bad' words want to spring from my mouth I've had it up to here (picture a slashing motion just over my eye brow)........(make that a violent slashing motion........that'll show 'em)

Jon... that is in your carry on. In your checked baggage, you can take more than that 100ml.

Check your airlines web page, they should have what you can & can no take on checked & carry on luggage.

Believe me, I MADE SOME CALLS! Right now it's 100ml. I thought I would at least bring a real can of German brewski......but no dice.

Sorry man.. that is really strange.. since I have brought back 750ml bottles of Rum from Cuba last year.. but that may be because we were not stopping in the US.

When we flew to Florida last month, we put all the shampoo and other liquids we didn't need for the flight in the checked baggage. The only thing they were really interested in was the carry on stuff.

It seems as though somebody tried to make a bomb out of a liquid explosive and that is the reason for the limitation. Me, I am fine with not being able to carry on as much liquid as I want as long as the plane remains in one piece. I bet the passengers from 9/11 would have something to say if they could come back from the dead.

What is even scarier is that I recently read that a couple of major airports failed security tests 75% of the time when TSA agents tried to get bomb stuff through. That percentage is just utterly scary. If anything, you should be worried that they aren't screening hard enough. Yeah, I hate going through those air puffers, taking my shoes off and putting them through the x-ray, and almost getting a cavity search, but if that plane stays in one piece the entire flight, I am plenty happy for the discomfort once we land.

That is already etched in stone! I rarely drink much, a case of 20 (0.5l) bottles last me weeks, to more than a month. But tommorow at Frankfurt Int. is my lash hoorah.

So I say "HOORAH!" Until the final boarding call

sorry skeet but in this land of the free they did put a limit on how much you can carry by drinking it first. As long as you don't make trouble after but I don't know of too many people that don't flex those beer muscles after too many. Good idea though.

Yep

I dealt with alot of the beer muscle people when in the Fire Dept..on an Airport no less. People just seem to get belligerant when consuming a bit more beer than necessary... But not Jon!! He made it here!!without handcuffs too!
