Finally, we have snow in PA.
The two-week rifle deer season has a week to go and then the Traditional Muzzleloader season opens the day after Christmas.
It is not too cold, but the snows have finally arrived for a real nostalgic season. I have three favorite flinters: .45, .50 and .54 caliber and all will get a trek into the woods. Adam

Swift,
Where are you in PA? I am in Tioga County and will trek afield as a Longhunter-properly attired. Adam

Adam,
Shippensburg is where we call home. As I kid I hunted many a day in Potter Co. as that is where we have our camp. Just haven't been up that way for a few yrs (for deer that is). After gun season is over I'll be toting the flinter lookin for a freezer deer. Swift

Our front stuffer season started this week. Goes till then end of the year. Planning on going out Friday as we are supposed to get snow Thursday. Have a inch or so on the ground so fresh white will help.
