ok here we go has anyone ever had texas dall ,black hawaiian,or corsican one of these i'll take this spring just wonder if they're descent to eat? figured they may be strong like antelope? thanks and have a great &safe newyear..........kev

With proper cooking methods and enough of the proper spices you can make anything taste pretty good.

Some folks have been eating goats and sheep longer than beef has been on the menu.

One trick my wife used for getting rid of fish and game taste was to soak the product in baking soda and water for a few hours. It removes all the really harsh taste.
