Skeet Again!!!

Well, we enjoyed it again.

Myself, GoodOlBoy, my middle son and SlimZippy shot two rounds of Skeet yesterday.

The first round me and Slimzippy both shot a 17 of 25. For my sons this was their first round of skeet ever. They both shot very respectable for their first time, I lost count of their totals so you will have to ask GoodOlBoy for those. I know that they started out a little slow and then gained quickly after they started breaking birds. The looks and grins on their faces after they started breaking birds was pricless.

On the second round I shot a 12 of 25, I know that my boys both shot a 14 of 25 and I lost count of SlimZippy's score, but it was close.

Man we had heck of a good time. I think both my boys are hooked also.

Oh yes, there was a gentleman shooting with us using a Baretta 28ga o/u that shot 25 of 25 in each of both rounds. Just goes to show that it can be done.

Just thougt every one would like an update on the further adventures of our rise to skeet shooting.

Glad to hear that you guys are having a good time with skeet.

25 out of 25 is definitely possible, even with a 410. Keep practicing and having fun and you will eventually get there.

Keep us posted.
