Another very good book....
I am reading a very good book on the Old West entitled, "Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee," by Dee Brown. Billed as an Indian history of the American West, it is good reading. I recommend the book to all persons interested in the history of the West from 1850 to 1900.

Adam, the wife and I were just out there this past Sept. and made a point of stopping at Wounded Knee. What a shame! The cemetary is in shambles, I've got some pics at the house that I'll post when I get home tonight. I seriously don't know how those people survive out there aside from govt. money. I'll have to dig out my copy of the book and re-read it this winter.
