OBA,

Welcome to the Forum. What is the twist in that .32? I suspect it will shoot roundball well. You might see if you can use 0 or 00 Buckshot with suitable greased patch. Keep us informed.

I have owned the "little 32" for about 15+ years, it makes one nice squirrel and rabbit shooter. It will clover-leaf at 35 yds.

I found it at a private owner sale about 120 miles from home. It was well worth the trip. When my grandsons get older (currently 5 and 7) they will be learning to shoot bp with it.

The load I like is as follows:

.310 Hornaday Round ball
0.012 patch lubed with bore-butter
20 grs Goex 3fff
RWS 1075 cap.

I have seen mini-maxi's but never tried them. My thoughts would be to go to 36 cal or 40 cal if I needed to use them.

If there is a draw back, it will be keeping it clean. With the small diameter barrel it takes a little extra effort. So get a sturdy range rod.

I had a friend that had one and he loved it. You should have no trouble finding a good load. You will have to see which patch thickness works best and how much 3F to use.
