I've been on our SAR team for a couple a years now and it's been great. The few searches I've been on have been called off after a couple hours cuz the dude was found-usually close to the campsite. Our team consists of a bunch of great folks and I love it. Good luck as the boss.

Good Job ! We have a dog that we are working with on tracking and it should be a fun summer with him.
