Question Quick question...

...this will be my first year hunting turkey and I was wondering if anyone here has taken turkey with any of these loads and how they did. I've love to support the Jakes program and I'm seriously considering buying a couple boxes of Winchester Turkey loads, just curious how well they work. Thanks in advance.

Ok I can answer this question first hand..... Wnchester 12g 31/2 2oz #5 shot. Did a number on 3 birds so far this year but listen to this..... it is the first time I had ever had a shell dent the primer but not fire.....I was aiming at a tom not 10 steps from me and it just went click........a dented primer but no fire...I racked another round as he took off running but never got to fire again....I guess that can happen with anything but it is the very first time I had ever had a shotgun shell do that to me...I also shoot #5 out of my 835 because after talking to the makers they said the gun was built around a #5 shot....it has worked fine for me....I will still use Winchesters....unless I ever have another misfire....I like the pattern I get...and the 1300fps is fine stuff.....it knocked my daughter right on her skinny little behind...lmaoooo..
