while it is interesting, thats old news since the article is dated 25 feb 2008, and the SC has since given at least a preliminary ruling that it is an indivgual right.

it's no surprise...in fact, i wouldn't be surprised to see more states do the same...this gov't/congress has led us down the path to...well...i don't know...they've done absolutley nothing.
