response to kaliphornia "new" FFL @##

all you guys in other states need to encourage manfacturers, dealers and suppliers in your states to NOT supply ANY california LE agency with anything; no guns, no ammo or reloading suppies, training, service, or support of ANY sort.

the state of california legislature has no conscience about how their "decisions" affect others...why worry about them?

i have no idea why the people of california elected brown into public office again!

beware...remember...other states watch kalifornia...if it 'flies' here. others will try the same thing.

It flies in California because of the population in California. Try that stuff in Virginia or West Virginia and there would probably be an uprising.

California is just a weird state when it comes to laws. I learned that in law school. For some reason, they have to have laws that are as wacky as can be.

I think that law can be struck down as it violates interstate commerce laws which are federal. What do our resident lawyers think?

I would agree, but I haven't heard about a case in Court yet to do so.

Good heads up Don and there are kalifornians moving into our State and your States by the droves and won't be long before they bring their dingy ideas with them.

nulle...unfortunately, what you say is true.

i recently read that there are more californians leaving than are coming in...but i've also read that ILLEGAL aliens are increasing...

my wife and i have been reasearching relocating to az and have found it, too has a large surge in californians relocating there, too.

is it any wonder with people like jerry brown, diane feinstein, barbara boxer, gavin newsom in the positions they're in people are fleeing?

i suspect california may soon have to go bankrupt due to the load from illegal aliens are draining from us. last year, san diego county, alone, spent $250 mil, in un-reimbused funds, on medical care for illegals as per mr horn, sd county supervisor...imagine what the load must be like in L.A. and larger counties...

Don,

And it is time to stop paying. We have to send them back. The babies they have when they come here really are not US Citizens. Babies born here by legal immigrants of course are. We need to send them back to where they came from. 250 million IS a lot of tax money
