So Far it's Peaceful
Watching 2K+ half naked peace nicks march down the street in front of office.....chants n banners.......lotta policia! Most of em look like total bums!!!!Will get outta here later!
Dan  Update:1852....media says this thing grew to 12K by the time it got down town........folks on side lines wouldn't give em the recognition they wanted!!!!! Two more days of this stuff.............sheesh! This bunch furthur intrenced my vote.....looked like the 60's!

The weird protesters are going to be here in Minnesota next week protesting at the GOP convention. A buddy of mine is a state trooper out here in rural MN and he's been going to riot training for the last couple weeks getting geared up to be spit on and have stuff thrown at him.
I think you'll see a lot more kooks protesting the GOP convention because a lot of the kooks at the Democrat convention are inside the building.

I feel for you today.
The circus is most definately in town today and your work location is definately in the middle of it. Still can't believe they're shutting down I-25! No parking allowed in the stadium parking lots and the stadium holds 70k +. What a mess, great day to avoid Denver. MD

! If the anti war march was by "recreate 68".....they better go back to Disney Land! No bags thrown at anyone.......different than 60's. 2. Only 155 arrests during this deal....I personally think they wimped out on massive PD presence! 3. Even Sharpton and Jesse kept the mouth shut! 4. Man, I saw some armored vehicles that a Sheik would be proud to own.........!!!!! Pockets, I hope it is this tame during the RNC!!!!! Dan
