rut is satrting
I was out this weekend i have been finding scrapes and i jumped a real nice buck.
I gess it comes down to me just getting one close to put a arrow threw. We had warm weather this weakend it was ruff the bugs were nasty and there is corn every were none has come down yet. I will most likely be heading out again in a couple weeks some of the corn should be comeing down by then. |

Our rut is pretty quite right now. Been warm. Archery started yesterday and I spent a lot of time looking around. there are Bucks in the area cause I've seen them. We should get some movement within the next couple of weeks then it gets interesting. Saw 4 does, could had shot two of them but passed.
I really don't too darn hard until around Nov 1 them its all out. I'm like a buck in the rut with my nose to the ground. |

The rut here does not start here till the end of November for Whitetails...
You will see the scrapes & rubs start here soon, but the actual rubs is a ways away yet.

Early like this we are trying to catch them in a feed pattern. I did put some sent down in the scrapes to see if they open them up bigger. |
