End of Season

Well the end came way too soon Sunday and our 08 bird season closed. I did take my English Setter out for one last run and despite the cold and grouse numbers low in the Western area of the State I was hunting, we had a blast and got one bird.
It was a great year and looking forward already to 09.

Our deer season closed on 12/31. Had a awesome season. Saw a lot of deer and even got one. Looking foward to fishing season and then the hunting season.

Do have some ducks and geese to thin out.

I never got to go out due to some financial problems but a bunch of my friends did real well with upland birds and they're still taking bunches of waterfowl. I won't be able to hunt next year as I'm headed to the ROK for a year but I plan on getting out as much as possible once I get back.
