Question Geocachers

Has geocache.com gone down? I haven't been able to get on in a few days. I was on a week or so ago and I know there are some caches around here but can't get on the site now

It finally came up for me. My internet connection here pretty much sucks but there's only one company providing access so I just gotta suck it up. There's also only one phone company and they both cost an arm and a leg. Since it's pretty much a monopoly there isn't a whole lot I can do. I didn't bring my GPS and am looking for an inexpensive unit to try and do a little geocaching while I'm here. A good way to get out and see some country. I'm looking at the Garmin eTrex H Handheld and was wondering if anyone had any experience with this. The reviews I've read say it's a good beginner unit for geocaching. Like I said, I already have a really good unit at home so I'm just looking for an inexpensive one to get me through till I can get home. Thanks
