Well it weren't a yard sale but
At a recent auction I bought a Coleman cooler full of new factory ammo. Paid a bit much but after all is said and done I ended up with 43 boxes of new stuff and 4 boxes of commercial reloaded 45 Colts. I even got a bunch of stuff I can use. Like 9 boxes of Winchester 222 and 5 boxes of 30-30 6 boxes of 243 Win. Even got a nice box of Winchester 38-55. Will that shoot in my 375 Win lever gun?? Nah..I ain't gonna shoot it.Even got 4 boxes of old Yellow boxed Win 44 Spec. Hey it don't kick in the ol 44 Mag.. There were a few boxes of 7.62 x39 that I traded for 270's and 7MM Mags.. paid an average of less than 4 bucks a box...so I think I did good. Also got 2 Lyman 4X scopes..and an old broke junker Hy Score. Sometimes even a blind chicken gets a grain of corn..

welll looks like ya didn't do bad at all. Best I have done lately was my hoyt bow find, and it was marginal at best.

Only thing I found today was 1K AA white wads 12ga.......dude has quit shooting and loading. $20.......I had people looking in 6 states and BP doesn't
project any in.......gonna load em and put em in 20MM cans. Dan  No, Skeet, he done unloaded the shotguns n loading stuff...he found this stuff in a lawn bag with some old AA hulls...just happened by..

I've got about a case of WAA 12 ga white wads. Let me know if ya need more. I pretty much quit shootin the 12 ga..except for some 7/8 oz loads with the grey AA wads. 20 bucks for 1M isn't bad now days.. I bought 3000 Fed 20 ga wads the other day for a buck a bag. I have 1000s of the Fed and Estate 20 ga once fired empties so I'll load 'em once and let 'em go. Really cheap but not a wad that many people would want...cept l'il ol me..
 Well...BIG ol me. BUT I have lost a fair amount of weight.

nope nuthin from the post office yet, but then again its pretty slow in my area.
Made a deal to pickup a 79 chevy pickup with a full length bed, and a motor and tranny that were completely rebuilt less than 10K miles ago (truck was resprayed at the same time). Buddies dog chewed the wires to the rear taillights in two, the tires are low, and the battery is dead. Still paying $500 for a truck in as good a condition as this one is a heck of a deal I think. Should take me probably a half hour of work to have it back in 100% shape. I will repair it in his yard after givin him the check then run it on down to the local lube place and have the oil changed and the inspection done. Will register it as a farm truck when I get it home. Unfortunately my buddy is working a riverboat and won't be back for at least 22 days, so I am chompin at the bit till then to get it. GoodOlBoy

You shoulda had the package by now. Sent somethin to SC at the same time and it was there Sat. Bought another RCBS A2 Press.
Man you did good on the truck. The LOF is a good idea. That's whats gonna happen to the El Camino tomorrow.. After that it is gonna be time for me to check the front end. The Master cylinder on the Camino wasn't leakin..It had the top taken off and the rubber gasket was a little messes up. Fixed it an it is fine. What engine doe the Chebby have. Stick or auto?? Now I have an 88 Chebby 2500 4x4 to sell. Runbs ok but it has a 454 in it...Hog for certain.. at least on the road..Round the ranch it really doesn't matter.. How bout a pic or two of the truck. I'll try to do a pic of the El Camino..

Ain't you ashamed of yerself??
The engine is worth more than ya paid for the whole thing..You ought to go to church and make penance for doing that. The best thing you could do to ease your concience is to sell the truck to me for 600..just so you could figger ya made a profit..but not too big a profit.. When ya want me to come get her?? Heck I might be able to be talked into givin ya a couple a boxes of thutty thutty bullets and a box er 2 of 20 ga 6's too...yep..that would be ok.

lol, I appreciate the offer, but I think I will hold onto her when I get her. It's an interestin' truck his dad bought it new in '79 and it has been in the same family since, but he doesn't have need for it anymore, so when he gets off the boat she's commin into my family.
Besides it's been awhile since I owned a paid off vehicle that don't have GPS trackin, and 400lbs of computer crud in it. GoodOlBoy
