Exclamation Blind Hunters

I had the pleasure of meeting a blind hunter yesterday, at the Missouri Deer Classic.

He had one of those scopes that you can attach a monitor to, so his hunting partner could direct his aiming...and telling him when to squeeze the trigger.

AWESOME set-up!

They had a bunch of video featuring his hunts...this guy has been whacking and stacking deer & turkey, left and right!

Not to mention...you could tell by his telling his stories, that his passion for hunting is alive and well!

Thank you Lord, for the folks that come up with the equipment that allows our less-fortunate brothers (and sisters) to pursue the same dreams we all have.

I forgot to mention...the blind hunter is also a double-amputee : right arm & leg

Talk about an inspiration!

FIJI, my oldest daughter is a teacher for the blind. They just alowed dogs into 2 of her schools. What an interesting animal. Thanks for doing such a thing. They were afraid other students would distract them but suprised how they all follow those rules needed so the dog can work.
