scope question

I tighten down a scope on a rifle will i have to zero it in again? The scope and scope mount wasn't moving, it was tight but i could still turn the screws just a little tighter.

It wil most likely still be on papper ut you will have to resite it in

Bumping aroud and humidity changes.....you will need to check the zero every hunting season/range trip. In all probability, you will adjust it many times.
