PA Castle Doctrine is near.

Last Fall, the PA Legislature passed overwhelmingly the Castle Doctrine. When it got to Governor Rendell's desk (Democrap), he Vetoed it!

The bill has been resubmitted and has advanced in the PA Legislature. My state representative assured me it will be signed by the current Governor before the month is over.

As most know, the Castle Doctrine insulates honest gun owners from frivilious lawsuits when they need to "smoke" a rehabilitated bad guy. About 25 states have passed such legislation, as I understand.

Adam,
A old fart in a wheel chair took a bat to a child molester. Guess who is getting charged?

buckhunter,

I wonder IF Massachusetts, California, New York, Illinois or New Jersey will be the LAST state to enact Castle Doctrine? It seems unclear whichever of these states, that ARE the LIBERAL Experiments that Failed, will be in a DEAD HEAT for DEAD LAST!

Someone can break into my house, seal everything and as long as they do not threaten me, I have no RIGHT to attack and kill them. Call the Police. If some is stealing my car, I cannot stop them. Call the police. You will never see anything like that here. Too many Franks, Catalona's, Kerry and other Bholes.

Don't get me started. GB liberal's and their agenda.
