.50 caliber hunting loads

For those of you who hunt with a .50 cal, what powder charge & type (FFg, FFFG, ect) do you use for deer hunting. Assuming patched round ball.
Thanks...........

50 caliber load

I shot my last deer with a .50 caliber Lyman Trade Rifle flintlock loaded with 80 grains of FFG and .010" patch and a roundball. All the best...

Mr. 16 gauge,

In my rifled and smoothbore .50 caliber flinters, I use 75 grains 2F Goex, .490 home cast ball and .010" patch.
