Took the titan out in the back yard today to do a little target practice. Well it wasn't 5 minutes and this old crow was mocking me. Telling me that he had seen better shots at the bar, I couldn't let this go. I just had to give him what he wanted, a 22 caliber superdome to the canium. 30 seconds later his freind wants the same thing i had to oblige him. Two shots two dead crows. Oh and the ranges, about 40 yards on the first and 35 on the second. I love this Titan.

The Titan scores again on a crow and a nasty old ferrel cat that has been hanging around for about a week now. Well he won't be killing any more of the quail and bunnies. A 14.0 grain Diobolo Express has put him out of my missery for good, caught him right between the eyes at a mere 16 yards. The crow fell to a Crossman pointed pellet at an easy for this rifle, 30 yards dead center in the chest. I think this air rifle is getting quieter the more I shoot it, or maybe it is I am just getting more use to it. I know for sure it is getting smoother to cock.

Best purchase under a $100 out there.

This time on two Oregon Tree rats. The first was taken at 23 yard with a shot to the head exited out the other side the Crosman hollowpoint did its job well he never knew what hit him. The other was a longer shot at 42 yards one shot to the head and it was out for the count. I found the pellet under the skin on the far side really flatten out. You got to love it!

Was down on the river this week and noticed a cattle gaurd with something sticking up between the rails. So I got out my binos and sure enough it was a rockchuck well all I had was my Titan. I was able to sneak to within 37 yards but from that point it was like a putting green of a well maintain golfcourse. I put the crosshair just above the eye of the chuck and slowly applied some pressure to the trigger. At the brake of the trigger the chucks head disappeared from sight. I heard the smack of the pellet hitting, so I thought I'd wait a few minutes to see if he or one of his relatives would re-appear, after about 8 minutes of nothing I walked up to the cattle gaurd. There he was all hunched in a ball. I took a stick a poked him in the back nothing, no movement at all. So I reached down between the rails and pulled him out. The pellet had struck him right in the left eye it did not exit the other side but the chuck was dead never even knew what hit him. Can you say impressed! This old chuck weighed about 8 pounds and had seen a few fights judging from the scars on his head and neck. I am simply amazed at what this air rifle will do. Is it a 22lr nope but comes close to a 22 short.

Been while since I spoke about the Titan. Well I am still impressed with this rifle so much so that I got another one. Both shoot great and although one says Crosman and the other says Benjamin they are the same gun. Same power, same trigger and same everything. I was out back last night when old Mr. squirrel came down the phone line looking for a way in to the garage. Well I just happened to have one of the Titans (the Benjamin) with me. So me being me, I just had to put the crosshairs on Mr. Squirrels head. I started applying pressure to the trigger and after a very long long time the piston slam forward and old Mr. Squirrel was doing the funkie chicken dance in the dirt. I heard a noise after Mr. squirrel was hit on the large metal building about 100 yards away like a rock hitting it. Didn't think much about it, but after looking at Mr. Squirrel's head and seeing the exit wound and putting 2 and 2 together and coming up with 5, I was able to cipher it out. The noise of the rock was not a rock, it was my pellet. I need to get a different pellet one that don't exit but shoot as well as these that I am using. Maybe a wadcutter? or some other softer lead pellet.

Well when I get back from Afghanistan my all expense paid trip I think I will buy one you have sold me on it. I have been toying on the idea of buying one. I do not know much about them what is the model of your Titan

Well It Has Been a while since I last was on this site to post. In that time it have left the peoples socialist republic of Oregon and found my way back to the Cowboy State. Now where I am located we do not have many trees thus not many tree rats. In fact I have yet to see one. What we lack in trees and tree rats we more than make up for with sage and sage rats and various other vermin of the rodent kind. I was out the other day and got kind of tired plucking off some of the local vermin with the 223 so I thought I would pull out one of my old friends (Crosman Titan), just to see if it was still on and make things more interesting. In of period of about an hour I put to rest 8 sage rats, one Pdawg, and one of those pesky black birds. Yes, I missed quite a few with the wind gusting from 0 to about 30 mph. I did have fun with the Titan. Doping the wind is always interesting. Oh, yes I am happy to be out of the tax and spend state of Oregon. Ya'll can move there and help the Nutty Fruitcakes with their money issues. I for one will not be giving the liberal progressives in Salem any more of my money. I need it for Lead Pb.

Been using an old Crossman to help keep a big old Maine Coon Cat out of my garden. Darn thing leaves turds as big as mine in there. Don't want him dead just crappin somewhere else. A yuppie owns the cat and I have no chance of haveing her contol her pet.
