FEMA comes under Homeland Security as does every other federal Law Enforcement Agency. FEMA is way past scary and HLS is downright terrifying. Just loose your guns and watch what happens. There is already an established police force within a police force. This is shades of the Nazis and the Gestapo, not figuratively, literally.
You are seeing the results, with federal LEO organizations acting beyond the law with impunity. Another ATF deal just blew up in Milwaukee, a junior F&F deal. This could all get out of hand very quick. Ed

When those who 'enforce' the laws are not bound by those laws, it is the beginning of the end. This is how the current misadministration rolls. Destroy all opposition, 'control' the people. The parallels between the criminal thug in the White House and the little Austrian paper hanger are amazing and chilling. We are now where Germany was in about 1934.
