looks like some good eaten!!
Those do not look like those baby back meatless ribs. We just had a plate of real ribs the other night. Two of us had more than enough meat out of the rack. Finished them off yesterday for lunch.

I been drinkin 2 gallons of whole milk, a week, for as long as I can remember. No spuds tonight...but I put double eggs into my corn muffins...love dippin into that bbq sauce.

having trouble keeping this site open so I've been gone a while...
Here's one from a while back that turned out pretty good. Bone in Rib Roast....12hrs @ 175.   Like butter.
