TOML Custom Rem 1911 R1s raffle goes live
Last night the web site for the That Others May Live Foundation (TOML) custom 1911 Rem R1s that I built for them and donated to them went live. All of the money raised gos to the families of the killed and disabled military Rescue community members. Between the rescue of civilians, accidents and multiple operations all over the world, we have lost a lot of rescue guys in the past 15 years. This is the web address.
https://toml-f.raffleready.com/toml-...on-1911-raffle Basically there is a gap between what the government does for the GIs and immediate tragedy assistance needed by the families of the deceased and disabled, like transport of the family to hospitals, lodging. Plus secondary assistance like scholarships for the kids, etc. TOML seeks to fill that gap. Ed

I wanted to add a couple pictures to this thread. As this is a reloading site, I add the group shot with match reloads. Also shown are the bone grips and the iron wood grips out of the box.
