Started the Routine Again
Started the workout routine Monday....walking and lite weights. Getting in better shape in case we draw on Elk.

The best way to get in shape for elk is to shave about 30 years off the old calendar! Dan, when you figure out how to do that, you'll let all of us know, right?

Ward, at 73 I have never shaved years.....I simply figure that I'll die doing something I want to do and where I want to be! Can't ask for a lot more than that.............

It depends
When I was concerned about getting in shape I cut out all junk food, walked and ran my dog six times a day and cut back on the beer. It works. All the best...

Ace in hole.....if I don't draw.....can buy OC Bull......or left over draw tags....
may not be area or season I wanted.... Dan Gil, I don't eat junk food....beer..I still have 7 of the twelve I carried last season....
