As the lib media won't mention it, I will. Our fathers ventured a gamble for all the world!

Well said
Most high school graduates have no idea who won WWII. I asked some teachers how that could happen since those kids will be paying for WWII for the rest of their lives. The answer I got was ..."we just don't teach American history anymore..." All the best...

Dan,
I graduated from high school in 1962. Fortunately, all the men high school teachers were WWII veterans. My 10th grade history teacher was in the 101st in Normady and later at Bastonge. My 9th grade government teacher went ashore on Omaha beach at noon on June 6, 1944. We need to understand Normady. I hear folks cringe about Omaha Beach. Yes, we had losses. All five Normady beaches on June 6 resulted in about the same losses we had at Pearl Harbor. Later in WWII we had much larger losses at Tarawa, Iwo Jima and Okinawa. I had uncles in all those actions. Adam
