Type44 Jap 6.5mm Rifle.

The local "Penny Saver" weekly paper had an ad for "Old Army Gun" and a phone number. I made the call and talked with a fellow who inherited the rifle from his grandfather, a WWII veteran. An hour later, I came home with a 6.5MM Jap rifle with fixed/attached bayonet for $125.00. The arm is Very Good in and out and shoots well with factory ammo.

I now have one more arm on the heap and will reload for it in the near future.
