Time of the year.

Getting to be that time of the year that I'm not happy with...Christmas is coming and it is WINTER. I don't really mind cold so myuch but the snow sucks. We had 6 inches back in November but it was quickly gone. Snower=d yesterday and I don't think this will go away anytime soon. But just gotta live with it.

Been to a few gun shows lately and have bought a few guns. Nothing really great but I did ok. Got a S&W M-66 first year gun in the box in really good condition for 350 bucks. which was a great price I think..Another S&W too..a M637 Chiefs Special Airweight...also in the box with Crimson trace grips on it. And at the next show I was walking around looking and just stopped to look at the caliber of a rem 788...hoping for a 243 but nooo..it was a(gag) 308. Not my cuppa tea but the guy said I needed to buy that gun and I said NO..he said... yes it's only 250 dollars... I said I had no use for 308s and I wouldn't pay more'n 200 for it...Unfortunately he then said SOLD...so now I have a 788 in 308. It even had a 3-9x Trashco on it.... Last but not least on the guns I bought a new AR-15 for 340 bucks...Unassembled though. Except for the upper which was all together. Not enamored with the ARs but it's easily worth more than I paid.

I think it is time to load up the 38 sp brass I have (maybe 3000 cases). I have 12 thousand pieces of 9mm brass but I am not going to load it or the 40 S&W brass either. I happened on a great buy of 9 mm 115 gr hollowpoint ammo for under 6.50 a box so I bought 50 boxes and I bought a 100 boxes of Norma 223 for under 3.40 a box...so I am not loading 223 either.

Anyway..I want to wish everyone here a very merry Christmas and a great New Year with good health and happiness
