Nice Shed.

Hello All,
I went to my sisters today & we stopped by a friend of her's to look at some indian artifacts she had found, then, she says "did you see the shed she found this spring?" I turned around & looked down & about fell over!! She said that she went back & looked for the other side w/no luck, then, she said "he is still out there & they have seen him this year & that if we wanted to hunt there we were more than welcome to. I think that is about the time I wet myself!?

Anyway, what do you all think.. look like a shooter?! lol This is my dad holding the shed, I'm holding it in a couple. Anyone want to guess what this would score? I have an idea of what it would score (going to try & get back to see If I can put a tape on it!?) & I'll post my guess later.
Later, Phil B.

Thumbs up Great pics Phil!

I can only fathom as to what the rest of the deer looks like that those sheds belong to...

Great shed, I understand the frustration. I found a boat anchor of a shed a couple years ago and spent a good 20 hours looking for the other side with no luck. It's still a great find!

rabbithunter,
No, I have never seen this deer, It's a couple counties down from where I hunt. I don't get down there but a few times a year to visit my sister. I did talk to the land owner about the buck though, he has seen him a couple of times & he said he is just amazing looking! He (the land owner) doesn't hunt but, he lets a guy hunt his property & I guess he has seen him a couple of times while hunting!?

My sister is/was trying to get some pics of him this past season before he dropped his antlers.. I guess he made it threw the 05 season. From what I heard he was quiet a bit bigger this last year?! lol
Later, Phil B.
