			It really depends on your budget.  If money isn't a major concern get a Cookshack, I love mine and Dad has had his for 25 years with no problems.  If the budget is tight get a Mastercraft.  Two of the guys that work for me have them and get along just fine.  Not near the quality of the Cookshack but less than a quarter of the money too. 			Thanks Indy.  Of course money is a concern, but I'm more interested in the ease of use.  Like I said, I'm just starting out so I want something that's gonna be easy to use.  Once I get the hang of things I'll probably upgrade to something better.  Right now, I just want a smoker that's gonna do most of the work for me and I don't have to tend to it too much.
